The BWPL Post-Secondary Career Fair is an intentional career and college readiness experience for young women ages 18–24, designed to expose them to professional pathways, connect them with accomplished BWPL Inducted League Women across multiple industries, and equip them with the tools needed to thrive beyond high school. The event will feature industry tables, workforce development and college readiness workshops with selectable tracks, a plenary keynote, and a closing panel discussion. Each attendee will also receive a care package of essentials and a professional blazer. Through this experience, BWPL is investing in the holistic development of young women by providing access, preparation, mentorship, and tangible resources that support their next steps toward leadership, education, and career success.
